ALL ON ONE FLOOR: The villa has off-street parking and is approached via an electronically-controlled gate and 21 steps up, which arrive at the pool area, which is on the same level as the accommodation.
The accommodation consists of a 2 bed-roomed garden flat below a large (unoccupied) villa, comprising a spacious living room, dining area and naya with double glass doors leading out to the terrace and pool, small separate kitchen with built-in electric hob, oven and fridge,  a  shower room, a good size bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with twin beds.

THE GARDEN AREA: Outside is the the 11 x 5 private swimming pool with  Roman steps (depths 1'50 to 2'70), a high-degree of privacy, spacious and very attractive private  terraces and mature well-maintained gardens featuring some mature palms. The garden is securely walled and has lockable gates with lovely views to distant mountains and the sea.
There is an "al fresco" dining area (with a good kitchen) which is situated a number of steps up from the pool area.
