Villa Maria Rosa is situated on the Sabatera development close to the Tabaira commercial centre with supermarket, bars, restaurants and other facilities.
The property is the last to be completed of a group of 5 houses on a small estate, each with a 1/6 acre plot, and sharing an entrance from the road with and electronic gate controlled from each house via an electronic porter and webcam.

The property is scheduled for completion by the end of June 2004 and is built to the same high specification as the other "Marias".
All windows are double glazed with mosquito screens and outer shutters.
The property is approached from the street via a drive leading to the off-street parking area. The accommodation is laid out -

ALL ON ONE FLOOR - The main entrance is into a hall.
The spacious living/dining room has wide sliding doors to the pool terrace and is equipped with Satellite TV.
The kitchen is separate and features a range of luxury built-in units with electric oven, fridge-freezer, gas hob and dishwasher.
There is also a utility area with washing machine and drying area.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom en-suite.
There are two other bedrooms both with twin singles and a separate shower room.

The Swimming Pool is 8´00 x 4´00, with roman steps and is surrounded by spacious terraces.
