The Top Floor: The entrance is via a short staircase which leads into a small hall, with a cloakroom which leads to the kitchen and the spacious lounge with a dining area (through an arch) which has a serving hatch from the kitchen.
Wide casement doors lead off the lounge to the large, shady front porch and an open sun-terrace.
The separate kitchen has a gas hob, an electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The main suite leads off the lounge, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

The lower Floor is on the same level as the swimming pool, has a large porch, and comprises a living/dining with a fridge facilities for making hot drinks, one double-bedded room, (with en-suite shower-room - which is also accessible from the pool area), another double-bedded room, one with twin singles and another shower-room.
Two of the bedrooms do not have direct external ventilation but ALL bedrooms on this floor have air-conditioning.

The Swimming Pool is 9 x 5, rectangular and with tiled steps (depth 1´00 to 2´00).  The pool and terraces are completely secluded, there are spacious surrounding terraces and a large brick-built barbecue. 

The property is built on a large half-acre plot, which is tastefully landscaped and carefully maintained, and is situated well back from a quiet cul-de-sac.
