Why should I book
with you?
Obviously we are terribly biased but this is our website,
so can we say -
Villaservers (Villa Holiday Services), from the laundry girls to the
managing director, is an organization of experienced professionals
dedicated to providing high quality private villa holidays.
Judging by the ever increasing number of clients who return, year after
year, we know we must be getting it right - but we never rest on our
laurels!
Consequently, every year we introduce and test new schemes designed around
enhancing our clients comfort.
Our competitors are convinced that we are quite mad but we are pleased to
note that many of our enhancements are eventually adopted by others.

Could you expand on
that?
For example, many years ago we decided to escort all
clients to their villas, stay open all day until late at night on Saturday
and be available on Sunday morning.
Since then some of our competitors have seen the light but most of them
still only provide maps and keys, many still go for lunch, very few are
still open at 8 pm and we don't know anyone who opens on Sunday.

For 2001 we introduced
the Airport VIP Service.
The Costa Blanca is becoming more popular every year but
Alicante airport is not getting any bigger. The result is many clients
arrive well after midnight. That would not really be a problem for
us but, with flight delays and other problems, we frequently have no idea
when they might arrive and have to leave maps and keys on the door.
The airport drivers are all PSV licence holders, have the villa keys with
them and take clients directly there. They will even escort hire-cars (for
large groups) and are committed to waiting through flight delays.

What guarantee
do you provide?
FIRSTLY: We are registered with the Tourist
Authority. In fact we are No. 11 - so we were one of the first.
The Authority provides an extremely valuable arbitration service and every
complaint is followed up.
Obviously we would never want a complaint to get that far - please see
details under General Conditions.
However, for your peace of mind, the arbitration service provides an
unbiased and professional opinion on compensation etc. and, if we do not
comply with this, then we are removed from the registry and can no longer
trade as a Rental Agency.
SECONDLY: Always pay for your holiday with
your credit card!
In the unlikely even that we go out of business then, at least, any money
you have paid is protected.

Why don't I book with an all-inclusive villa package with a
Tour Operator.
The tour operators do provide quite a good service, cost
about the same and the resort staff are quite dedicated.
However that is not quite the same as local career professionals (who
really know the ropes) - and they don't have the MD breathing down there
necks.
They also provide similar guarantees via their Trading Authority (ABTA,
ATOL etc.)

another Holiday Company.
There are lots of them around these days. Many of
them provide excellent service but many of them are unable to provide any
kind of guarantee. If something goes wrong your only recourse could
be to sue.

. . or book directly with the villa owner?
It is quite true that some of them have super villas and
you can often get really good value but, in our opinion, the risk of
ruining your well-earned holiday outweighs the possible saving.
If we told you about some of the mishaps that have occurred it would
probably put you off villa holidays for life.
The fact is, due to our extensive experience, we are able to react swiftly
and resolve problems - sometimes even before our clients have even
noticed!
If we admit that sometimes its even difficult for us to cope, what chance
have the owners local hired-help got?
Sometimes even our only remedy is re-location in another
villa but most villa owners are unable to provide this facility.
