Economy Cleaning and Maintenance Plan

The Plan is designed for properties which are
not rented for more than 12 – 14 weeks of the Summer Season and/or
resident owners who prefer to keep costs to the minimum and, at the same
time, ensure a clean healthy pool. |

Swimming Pool Technical and General Conditions
Normal
Visits shall comprise netting and vacuum sweeping as necessary, free &
combined chlorine and pH test and adjustment, shocking (with Sodium
Hypochlorite or Potassium Monopersulfate) whenever combined chlorine is
detected and an alkalinity balance as necessary.
Plus addition of chemicals as follows -
Chlorine System: Sodium Trichlorocyanurate (in tablet form or granules) in order to achieve and maintain the free chlorine level at 1 – 3 ppm (according to season).
Bromine System: The "Bromine Bank" established an maintained by twice-yearly additions of sodium bromide. Re-activation of the Bromine with Sodium Trichlorocyanurate or Potassium Monopersulfate on each visit.
Extra Visits: These are carried out after a storm, whenever an anomaly is suspected or has occurred e.g. unusual chlorine consumption, turbidity, black mould appearing etc. or on request from the property owner.
Water Level Topping Up: Only 30 minutes is possible on each visit. Owners are expected to maintain the correct water level or fit a topping up device.
Algaecide: Copper-based Product, Chelated (Stabilized – to avoid green staining) added twice-yearly.
Purification Plant Report – includes filter sand inspection, installation leak tests, motor health, electrical trip device integrity, written report and estimate for repairs (if required).
Water Condition Report – includes calcium hardness, cyuanuric acid level, TDS (Totally Dissolved Solids), written report and correction recommendations.
Annual Visits Report – indicates the exact number and dates for visits, test readings, chemicals added and any suspected anomalies.
Additional Costs:

IVA (16%) must be added to any plan.
· Bromine System 55.00 per year
(all plans).
· Repairs and replacements
(including labour).
· Credit Card Charge 3.50 for any
single payment.
· 50,000 – 65,000 litre pool 40.00
per year (all plans).
· Over 65,000 litres and public or
community are subject to a special quotation.
· Additional visits, over and
above the Normal and Extra visits charged at €12.50
Payment Terms:
Quarterly in
advance (January, April, July and September).
The Credit Card Charge is waived for yearly payment in advance.
Any plan must start before 31st April; otherwise 6 months advance payment is
required.
Less than one full year subject to special quotation.
