CHOOSING A PACKAGE - Composite service packages explained!

Whilst choosing a service package several issues have to be taken into consideration -

Quick Close after Occupation - If there are vacant periods of more than 3/4 days between bookings the property has to be secured, fridge emptied, rubbish removed, electric turned off, garden furniture stored etc.

Cleaning with Admin - Certain items may get damaged or "go missing", light bulbs burn out and minor fault occur. After several lettings the villa could have deteriorated to the extent that major inconvenience is caused to clients.
Additionally there is the Inventory Deposit to consider, and it is not prudent to allow clients to occupy without control. Consequently, at least a quick check of the Inventory is required in order to detect obvious damage and shortages.

Gas Service - Most properties have small or large butano bottles and they have to be checked and replaced. The service ensures that supplies never run out for a small weekly fee.
PACKAGE COMPRISES SUITABILITY
Basic Services Normal Cleaning and Quick Close after Occupation (if necessary). Owners who do not let.
Tour Operators and Agents who have their own staff in the resort to carry out the other tasks.
Owners Services As Basic Services plus Gas Service and Linen (plus changes) Owners who let (for their own occupation).
Tour Operators and Agents who have their own staff in the resort to carry out the other tasks.
TourOps1 Cleaning with Admin (quick inventory & habitability check), Quick Close, Gas Service, Linen (plus changes), Key Handling and Client Care. Owners who let (for their clients).
Tour Operators and Agents who require a full service.
YourOps2 As TourOps1 but clients are met and escorted to the villa, plus a Food Pack. As above with some extras.
