	LINEN CHANGES: Every occupation is calculated from the Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday changeovers, therefore the durations will be up to 7 days, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17 etc. For up to 7 days there will be no change. For 8 to 12 days there will be 1 change and, if linen is involved, we will do this around the half-way stage (probably on a changeover day). For longer holidays we change linen every 7 days. To simplify your own charging for linen changes, remember that there will will a change every week (or part of a week). and that changes are calculated from (to) the previous (next) changeover day.

THE COMPOSITE SERVICE PACKAGES

We are happy to tailor services for any agency or tour operator, with more than 10 properties, on a full year basis.

All rates show include VAT (IVA) at 16%.

Every occupation is calculated from the Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday changeovers, therefore the durations will be up to 7 days, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17 etc.

To simplify your own availability and charging, remember that there will will a change charge every week (or part of a week) and that rentals and servicing are charged from (to) the previous (next) changeover day.

Charges are per person based on the capacity of the villa available to the clients (i.e. bedrooms which are unlocked) PLUS ANY EXTRA PERSONS.

For EXTRA persons a folding bed (with linen) will be provided and charged at the normal rate or, if a cot and highchair is required there is a once-only charge of 35.00. If the baby is not an extra person then there is no charge.

NB: The various packages are considerably more economical than the cost of combining all the individual services.
However, some agencies or tour operators may require to "tailor" their own package from the different elements available
