Villa Vista Mar - is
located in a quiet residential street in the Tabaira area and close
to the beach, shops, restaurants and other facilities.
The accommodation is set out on two levels -
The Main (Upper) Floor: The access from the
off-street parking area is via a short flight of steps into a small hall
which leads, on one side, to a spacious covered terrace, set out with a
dining table and loungers. There are wide folding doors to spacious open
terraces, overlooking the pool and with good sea-views.
From the other side the hall provides access to the living/dining room
with satellite TV and CD player.
The fully-fitted kitchen is separate and has a gas hob and electric
eye-level oven.
Leading off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave and two large fridge-freezers.
Upper Floor Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master
bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite shower room.
There is another bedroom with twin singles and a full family bathroom.
This floor also has a third separate bedroom, with king-size bed, en-suite
shower room and access via the uncovered terrace.
The Lower Floor - is on the
same level as the swimming and has its own parking area on the same level.
The main entrance is into a small hall.
On one side there is access to a large, twin-bedded bedroom with a sitting
area, wide glazed doors onto the pool terrace and an en-suite shower room.
The other side leads into a spacious living/dining room with with
satellite TV, CD player and American kitchen, equipped with gas hop,
electric oven and fridge.
This floor also has another king-size bedroom and en-suite shower room
with a folding invalid's support bar fitted beside the WC.
The Swimming Pool is 10'00 x 5'00
with Roman steps and a security rail.
There are spacious surrounding terraces, a summer kitchen (with
built-in BBQ area and
gas paella burner), a spacious covered dining area and a pool-side shower.
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas is metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
AIR CONDITIONING - is available in all
bedrooms. The electricity is metered and charged according to actual
consumption.
SUITABILITY: All age groups, the elderly,
infirm and small children. The low floor is wheel-chair friendly.
Villa Vistalmar is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
