Villa Tossals - is
located in a quiet residential residential area close to the beach, shops, restaurants and other facilities
All on one floor - The access
from the off-street parking area is directly into
the spacious lounge/dining room and casement doors to the shady covered
porch overlooking the pool area.
The kitchen is separate and has an annexed utility room, which holds the
washing machine and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are accessed via a short passage.
The
main bedroom has a king-size bed and air cond. There is another king-size
bedroom and one with twin singles, both of which have ceiling fans.
There is a large bathroom with bath and separate shower stall and another
shower room.
The Swimming Pool is 10'00 x 4'00
(depth 1´00 to 2´00) with internal tiles steps. The are spacious surrounding terraces, a BBQ area and
landscaped gardens
CENTRAL HEATING and AIR
CONDITIONING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms and the main bedroom has air
conditioning.
There is an extra charge for these facilities.
Dates are non-standard. Changeover day is
ONLY Saturday
Under-occupancy discounts are not available
for Villa Tossals.
Villa Tossals is not available for Winter long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
A FREE hire-car (Chevrolet Matiz
or similar) collected and returned to the airport. The car may be
upgraded by simply paying the difference.

Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
Assistance and support during
your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.
A "Welcome" provision pack with
tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water etc.
