Villa Stefania - is
located in a quiet street in the Cometa residential area within
walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and other facilities.
The property is recently built, well furnished and set out on two
floors -
GROUND FLOOR - The access from the
off-street parking area is into the hall with staircase to the upper
floor. There is
another entrance directly from the pool terrace without any steps (making the
property suitable for wheelchairs).
The spacious lounge/dining room
has an American style kitchen fitted with electric oven & hob,
dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a utility room with the dishwasher
and cloakroom.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite
full bathroom and doors to the garden and pool terrace.
A marble-clad staircase leads to the -
UPPER FLOOR - with another king-size bedroom
and another with twin singles. Both bedrooms have glazed doors providing
access to a large terrace.
This floor also has another bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a full
bathroom.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 4'00
(depth 1´00 to 2´00) with Roman steps into the
shallow end. The are spacious surrounding terraces, a BBQ area and
landscaped gardens
CENTRAL HEATING & AIR COND: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. All bedrooms have air cond.
and ceiling fans. The gas and electricity are metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
