Villa Siguenza is situated in a residential area, with pavements, street lights and green zones, and has views to the sea and countryside.
Within 5 minutes walk is the Tabaira commercial area with supermarket, newsagent, taxi company and several small restaurants and bars.
The villa is newly-built and is ideal for families with children.


Villa Siguenza is situated in a modern neighbourhood with pavements, street lights and green areas, making it great for walkers.
Surrounded to the south by vineyards and beautiful countryside and with sea views to the north.
Within around 5 minutes walk of the Tabaira commercial area with supermarket, newsagent, taxi company and several small restaurants and bars.
The villa is less than 2 years old and has many features that include large driveway with electric gates, a large main living area with 40" Sony Bravia LCD TV, large master suite with two private terraces and large master bathroom, second en-suite bedroom and an outdoor covered terrace with brick built barbecue and outdoor dining facilities.

Entrance gate and electric remote driveway gates leading into front garden with shrubs and pathway leading to entrance porch and front door.
Entrance hall leads into a large open plan lounge with separate dining area. Well furnished with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and European satellite that includes some BBC channels.
The Kitchen off the dining area is modern and includes dishwasher and large American style fridge freezer with separate small utility room with washing machine.

The ground floor provides one bedroom with twin singles and built in wardrobes, a family bathroom with shower and a second bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath.

Marble stairs lead up to the spacious master suite which features a dressing area and glass doors onto to two terraces with all-round views sea and countryside.
This master bathroom is stylishly fitted and includes bath, separate shower & bidet.

Double doors from the dining area lead onto the outdoor covered dining terrace with built in barbecue and outdoor kitchen area and a few steps down to the pool area.

Outside the garden is secured completely by perimeter walls and the pool area is very large with an attractive pool (measuring 9m x 4m with roman steps).

A beautifully designed and presented property in a quiet, very green location. Ideal for families with children due to the secure nature of the property, flat safe gardens and quiet illuminated streets.

Villa Siguenza is available for long lets, price on application.

The Holiday Rental Includes -

Exclusive use of the whole property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.

Domestic Services: Preparation before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot & highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children - not young adults!

Assistance and support during your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.

A "Welcome" provision pack with  wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.

Additional Services -

Portable Air Conditioning Units: Where these are not available at the villa. Must e ordered in advance.

Other Services: We offer an extensive range of additional services including assistance with your cheap flights, airport transfers and hire-cars, maid service, interim linen changes etc.
