Villa Siempre Verde (Ever-green) is
located in a quiet residential area close to the beach, shops and
other facilities.
The building is of the typical, Mediterranean style, built around 15
years ago and maintained in a perfect condition throughout.
The property's main features are the very large plot (almost 1/2
acre) and an almost completely secluded swimming pool area.
The entrance from the street is via lockable gates and there is
hard-standing for several vehicles.
The Upper Floor - is on the same level
as the swimming pool and the entrance is up a short flight of
external steps and into a glazed-in Naya which leads to -
The comfortable and spacious living/dining room with an American,
well equipped kitchen (with gas hob, electric oven and
fridge-freezer) the main bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom
with twin singles and a full bathroom.
The Lower Floor - is accessed via an
internal staircase and comprises a large double-bedded room with
wide casement doors to the lower garden area, a shower room and the
laundry room with the washing machine.
This floor also has a large twin-bedded room with only external
access.
The Swimming Pool - is kidney shaped,
measures 8'00 x 4'00 (depth 1´00 to 2´00), has stainless-steel steps
in the shallow end and spacious surrounding terraces.
The gardens are tastefully laid out with palm trees, flowering
bushes and lots of bougainvilleas.
SUITABILITY: All age groups young
children, the elderly or infirm (bearing in mind the steps).
Residential villa suitable for year-round occupation and ideal for
the large family or two groups.
The house is safe for young children as the swimming pool area can
be locked.
NB: The central heating and air cond. are available at extra
charge.
Villa Siempre-Verde is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.

your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.
A "Welcome" provision pack with
tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water etc.
