VILLA ROSITA is
situated in the quiet Club Moraira residential area close to the Swiss
Hotel and a short drive from the beach and other facilities.
Built in 1987 for its present owners, it features a unique "angled
towards the sun" layout which achieves a bright, airy, user-friendly
interior.
The property has electric air-conditioning and heating with individual
remote control to every room.
ALL ON ONE
FLOOR - The entrance from the off-street parking area is directly into
the pool terrace then, via the shady covered porch into the lounge/dining room.
The kitchen is American-style, recently refitted with
modern units, including built-in gas oven and hob.
There is one double
bedroom, another with twin singles and a full bathroom.
THE SWIMMING POOL is 9'00 x 5'00 kidney-shaped
with tiled internal steps, spacious surrounding terraces and
attractive, securely-enclosed gardens.
PLEASE NOTE - that there are a meters for
the heating, air conditioning and pool heater and the consumption costs will be
charged extra.
SUITABILITY: All age groups, very small
children, the elderly and/or infirm, invalid chairs as there is
just one step from the parking area up to the pool terrace, which
is on the same level with the accommodation.
An attractive modern property ideally situated and suitable for a
small family group or two couples.
Villa Rosita is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
25% discount on car-hire,
collected and returned to the airport.

Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
