Villa Portet - Moraira, Valle de Portet

Located above El Portet beach this villa is spacious, bright and sunny and light. There are wonderful valley views, and some sea views. There are four doubles and one twin bedroom and plenty of space to lounge by the pool, either in the sun or in the shade if you prefer.


Entry to the property leads to the pool area.
The swimming pool is large with Roman steps and wonderful views of the valley. The pool area is very private and spacious and sun beds are provided. There is also a covered barbecue area for shade.

A few steps lead up to the house. Here there is a glass conservatory, with wonderful sea views and sofas to relax.
From the conservatory, doors lead into the spacious lounge, which is well furnished and features an open fireplace, TV and DVD player.
There is a large dining room with dining table for 8 and a beautiful kitchen which is fully equipped.

On this level there is one double bedroom with en-suite.

Interior stairs lead up to the three remaining bedrooms (two doubles and one twin) and two additional bathrooms.

Also outside is a pretty garden, brimming with flowering trees and shrubs, and a beautiful exterior seating area to enjoy al fresco meals, whilst admiring the breathtaking views of Portet Valley.

Villa Portet NOT available for long lets.

The Holiday Rental Includes -

Exclusive use of the whole property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.

Domestic Services: Preparation before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot & highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children - not young adults!

Assistance and support during your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.

A "Welcome" provision pack with  wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.

Additional Services -

Portable Air Conditioning Units: Where these are not available at the villa. Must e ordered in advance.

Other Services: We offer an extensive range of additional services including assistance with your cheap flights, airport transfers and hire-cars, maid service, interim linen changes etc.
