Built in 2010, Villa Pepe is in the perfect location for those wishing to walk to the town, beach, supermarket and all amenities.
Two bathrooms, one en-suite, high quality fully fitted kitchen and large terraces with an attractive 8m x 4m private pool.
Superb views over the vineyards to the sea.


Villa Pepe - was newly built to a high standard in 2010. It is situated next to the road running alongside the vineyards into Moraira which has a light to moderate passing traffic.
It is ideal for those not wishing to rent a car as it is just few minutes flat walk on pavements into Moraira town, golden sandy beach, a major supermarket, shops and an abundance of bars and restaurants.

Entry is via an electronic gate to a driveway suitable for several cars. A few steps lead up to the villa through a covered terrace and into the main hallway.

The spacious living/dining room has patio doors leading to the terrace and views across vineyards and to the sea in the distance. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player and modern comfortable sofas.

The independent kitchen has a range of eye and base level units, granite worktops, an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

There are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a luxury shower room with large walk-in shower, W.C. and wash basin.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, patio doors to a Juliette balcony with views of the vineyards and a luxury en-suite with a bath with shower over, W.C. and wash basin.

Outside there are large terraces, a built-in BBQ and a private 8'00 x 4'00 pool with attractive Roman style steps and a pool-side shower.

The washing machine is in a separate utility room which also has a sink. The villa, fittings and furnishings are brand new and built to a high specification. It provides a perfect holiday home with all amenities within a few minutes walk!

Note about Air conditioning - Air Conditioning is only available in some of our villas please check the villa details or ask one of our reservation assistants if you are unsure. The use of air conditioning where available is an optional extra. The charge is £25.00 per week, per room. We will contact you by email after you have made your booking to enquire as to whether you would like to utilise the available air conditioning and if you would, we will automatically add the additional charge to your reservation.

Where air conditioning is not available we have a limited supply of 'portable air-conditioners' which can be added as an extra at time of booking.

Villa Pepe is NOT available for long lets.

The Holiday Rental Includes -

Exclusive use of the whole property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.

Domestic Services: Preparation before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot & highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children - not young adults!

Assistance and support during your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.

A "Welcome" provision pack with  wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.

Additional Services -

Portable Air Conditioning Units: Where these are not available at the villa. Must e ordered in advance.

Other Services: We offer an extensive range of additional services including assistance with your cheap flights, airport transfers and hire-cars, maid service, interim linen changes etc.
