The Parque Reysea development is a small
complex of 17 villas in a landscaped garden area with a large
communal pool plus a children's pool with just 0'50 deep.
Each villa has it's own small private garden plus the use of the
communal facilities.
The development is in the Club Moraira residential area close to the
5-star Swiss Hotel with bar, restaurant and tennis courts.
All on one level - the approach, from
the designated off-street parking area, is across the gardens and up
a stone staircase. The entrance, via a shady porch, is into the
lounge/dining room with an American kitchen with fridge/freezer and
combination cooker.
The main bedroom has a double bed and there
is another bedroom with twin singles and a full bathroom.
Villa Parque Reysea is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.

your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.
A "Welcome" provision pack with
tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water etc.
