Villa Marta is a genuine 100's of
years old stone-walled property.
All that is know is that it was restored
from a ruin 50-years ago and recently restored again.
The property is situated off a quiet country lane close to the "Font Santa"
and mid-way between, Moraira, Teulada and Benitachell. The location is privileged, with panoramic
views across the countryside but reasonably close all facilities.
The plot is securely walled-in with lockable gates to the parking
area and the accommodation is set out on two floors -
The Ground Floor has its entrance via a large glazed in Naya,
which is equipped with a garden dining table and chairs. Leading off are
the kitchen and a shower room.
Double doors provide access to the spacious living/dining room from which
is a staircase leading to the -
Upper Floor with two double-bedded rooms, a children's room
with 4 single beds and a bathroom with bath and shower stall.
The Swimming Pool is 8´00 x 4´00 (Rectangular) with
internal tiled steps and is surrounded by spacious terraces.
There is a cold-water shower adjacent to pool and a cloakroom with WC and
wash basin.
Heating is provided by a log-burning stove which is situated in the
living/dining room and a ducted flue to carry the heat to the bedrooms.

SUITABILITY: All age groups, small
children, the elderly and the infirm, bearing in mind the stairs
to the upper floor.
The furnishings are by no means modern or new but nevertheless
comfortable.
Villa Solana's lack of modern facilities are reflected by the
price and easily compensated for by its unique seclusion and
tranquillity.
Villa Marta is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
A FREE hire-car (Chevrolet Matiz
or similar) collected and returned to the airport. The car may be
upgraded by simply paying the difference.

Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
