Villa Maria Rosa is situated on a
gated estate in the Sabatera area, close to the Tabaira commercial centre with
supermarket, bars, restaurants and other facilities.
Villa Maria Rosa is newly built to a very high specification and furnished
and equipped to a standard rarely found in a renting villa.
All windows are double glazed with mosquito screens and outer shutters.
The property is approached from the street via a drive leading to the
off-street parking area. The accommodation is laid out on two floors -
All on one floor - The main entrance is into
a hall. The spacious living room has wide casement doors door to the pool
terrace and is equipped with Satellite TV.
The dining room is separated by a Tosca-stone arch.
The kitchen is separate and features a range of luxury built-in units with
electric oven, fridge-freezer, gas hob and dishwasher.
There is a utility room with washing machine and internal drying area.
The main bedroom has a
King size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
There are two others with twin single and an en-suite shower room.
The Swimming Pool is 9´00 x 4´00,
completely secluded, has roman steps and is
surrounded by spacious terraces and luxuriant, tastefully-landscaped
gardens .
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms and air conditioning. The gas
and electricity are metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
SUITABILITY: All age groups, small
children, the elderly and the infirm bearing in mind the internal
staircase to the upper bedroom and down to the pool area.
The property is newly built (finished in January 2003), furnished
to a luxurious standard and provides all of the elements required
for a memorable holiday.
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate. The
Extra Person will be charged at £30.00 (€36.00) per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
