Villa Lisa
is a modern residential villa, furnished to a high standard and
close to shops and restaurants.
ALL ON ONE FLOOR
- The entrance is
directly from the porch into the dining room with an American kitchen
(with a range of modern units, solid granite worktops, electric over,
ceramic hob, small fridge and a microwave.).
A central hall leads to the separate lounge, the master suite with
shower room, a bedroom with twin singles, another with queen-size bed and another
family shower
room. Please note that the beds in the master and second bedrooms may
be queen-size or twin singles. Unless we are advised otherwise, they
would be made up as two queen-size.
All of the bedrooms have ceiling or free-standing fans.
A shady porch enjoys views to the sea, is equipped for al-fresco
dining and overlooks the -
The swimming Pool
which is 8'00 x 4'00 with Roman steps into the shallow end and
underwater lights.
The surrounding gardens are attractively landscaped and carefully
maintained and there is an attractive covered barbecue.
An important and fairly unique feature is that, although the property
is located close to facilities, it enjoys almost total privacy.
The plot is securely walled with lockable gates.
The washing machine is located in the garage together with a
large fridge/freezer.
There is secure
off-street parking for 1 car.
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas is metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
Villa Lisa is available for long lets, price
on application.
Under Occupancy Discounts
provide affordable holidays for smaller groups. Unoccupied bedrooms will
not be made and and may be locked off.
Normal Changeover Days are
Saturday, Tuesday and Thursdays. These can be "mixed and matched" to
provide a variety of holiday durations and it should be noted that
midweek flights are generally cheaper. Other changeover days may be
considered except during High season.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL (full) capacity or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
Cots and highchairs are provided free for infants who are not extra
persons. PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.

A "Welcome" provision pack with
tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water etc.
