Casa Guadalete
is located in the Andrego area and situated in a quiet
cul-de-sac close to the Club de Golf Ifach. The property is built in the
traditional Mediterranean style and laid out on all on one level.
The entrance is via the off-street parking area and there is a short
staircase down to the garden level.
ALL
ON ONE FLOOR - Access is via a shady porch just 2 steps up from, and
overlooking, the swimming pool area.
The lounge/dining room has a comfortable sitting area and dining table and
chairs for 6 persons. The kitchen is American style and equipped with a
range of modern units, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob and electric
oven.
The bedrooms have access via a small hall and the main suite features a
double-bedded room with an en-suite shower room. There two other bedrooms
with a twin singles and a full bathroom.
THE SWIMMING POOL is 8 x 4 with
stainless-steel steps into the shallow end and there are spacious
surrounding terraces and walled-in gardens.
SUITABILITY: All age groups, bearing in
mind the steps down from the parking area.
Modern, user-friendly design reasonably quiet and secluded. Ideal
for the small family or two couples sharing with children.
Villa Guadalete is available for long lets, price
on application.
Under Occupancy Discounts
provide affordable holidays for smaller groups. Unoccupied bedrooms will
not be made and and may be locked off.
Normal Changeover Days are
Saturday, Tuesday and Thursdays. These can be "mixed and matched" to
provide a variety of holiday durations and it should be noted that
midweek flights are generally cheaper. Other changeover days may be
considered except during High season.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL (full) capacity or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
Cots and highchairs are provided free for infants who are not extra
persons. PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.

A "Welcome" provision pack with
tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water etc.
