Situated in the Golden Valley area of Moraira, above El Portet, this villa has everything you could ask for in a holiday home.
Mountain views surround the property, creating a real feeling of solace, yet the nearest beach at El Portet, along with a small supermarket and restaurants, are just a few minutes away by car.


Villa Golden Valley is newly-built and situated in the hills above the Moraira's bay of El Portet.
The approach is via a lockable gate, which leads to an ample drive way.

Entry is via a small hall leading to an air-conditioned, open plan lounge/dining room with Satellite TV and DVD player, comfortable seating and patio doors out to a covered terrace that leads down to pool level.

The kitchen is separate and very modern, with dishwasher and neutral fixtures.

The bedrooms are on the same level via a small lobby.
There are 2 doubles and 1 twin-bedded room.
The master bedroom has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, with corner bath and there is another family shower-room.

Outside there is a large kidney shaped swimming pool with ample surrounding terraces and pretty gardens.

NB: There is air-conditioning in both the living area and the master suite.

Villa Golden-Valley is NOT available for long lets.

The Holiday Rental Includes -

Exclusive use of the whole property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.

Domestic Services: Preparation before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot & highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children - not young adults!

Assistance and support during your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.

A "Welcome" provision pack with  wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.

Additional Services -

Portable Air Conditioning Units: Where these are not available at the villa. Must e ordered in advance.

Other Services: We offer an extensive range of additional services including assistance with your cheap flights, airport transfers and hire-cars, maid service, interim linen changes etc.
