The interior has been well
presented by the owners and the villa is priced to represent very

The villa is set all on one level with easy access from the
private parking area. Entry is via the lounge/diner with TV with
basic satellite channels, DVD player, VCR and a CD player.
The
living/dining room leads onto the American style kitchen with fridge/freezer,
cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine.
There are three
bedrooms, two doubles and one with twin singles. There is a full
bathroom and an en-suite shower room.
Outside there is a private 8m
x 4m swimming pool with Roman steps, ample terraces with sun loungers and
dining furniture for six people ,a feature built in BBQ and external
steps leading to a 'sun trap' roof terrace.

The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
A Free Hire-Car: Chevrolet
Matiz or similar, collected and returned to the airport. The car may
be upgraded by just paying the difference.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
