Villa Elinor - is
located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Villotel residential area within
walking distance of, shops, restaurants and other facilities.
Also within walking distance is the "Mercadana" shopping centre -
scheduled to open in June 2008!
All on one floor - The access from the
off-street parking area is via the swimming pool terrace.
The entrance is into a small vestibule leading directly into
the living room with the dining area (through an arch) and a glazed-in
Naya.
The kitchen is separated, fully fitted with a range of modern units,
electric oven and ceramic hob.
The main bedroom leads off the kitchen and has an en-suite shower room
(with the washing machine) and a door to the swimming pool terrace.
The other bedrooms are accessed via a short passage.
One bedroom has a double bed, there there is another with a single-bed
(and a pull-out second bed) and the family shower-room.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 8'00
(depth 1´00 to 2´00) with Roman steps into the
shallow end.
There are spacious surrounding terraces, a BBQ area and
landscaped gardens
THE VILLOTEL COMPLEX - comprises around 250 units and has a
large pool, with children's area, poolside bar/café, pool tables, tennis
courts, mini-golf, supermarket and a restaurant.
SUITABILITY: All age groups, the elderly
and/or infirm bearing in mind the few steps up from the swimming
pool area.
Comfortable, compact, well-maintained and furnished. Close to all
amenities and located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Ideal for those who
prefer not to drive everywhere and especially suited for young
families as the Villotel complex is within walking distance.
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
A FREE hire-car (Chevrolet Matiz
or similar) collected and returned to the airport. The car may be
upgraded by simply paying the difference.

Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
