A very well appointed villa in the Tabaira area of Moraira.
A wide choice of amenities are available within a 5 minute walk including a supermarket, newsagent, bakery, several bars and two restaurants.
Ideal for a large family looking for plenty of outdoor space, privacy and a high standard of accommodation.


Entry is via two driveways and a pedestrian gate to the front gardens of the villa with electronic porterage.
The main driveway also has electric entry gates.

The front gardens feature two stepped flower beds with beautiful shrubs, a large terrace and a covered porch leading into the entrance hall.

The kitchen offers integrated fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave of the highest quality with granite work surfaces.

The L shaped lounge/diner is accessed through an archway and comprises of 1 three-seater and 2 two-seater comfortable sofas, LCD TV with DVD, UK Cable TV & surround sound, air conditioning with pollen filters, fireplace and comfortable dining table for up to 6 people and double doors out onto a large naya (covered terrace) which leads onto the rear gardens.

Two of the bedrooms include en-suite shower rooms, the master bedroom featuring hand-made oak furniture, 6ft bed and double doors to the rear garden.
The second en-suite bedroom provides two 3ft twin single beds and a doorway to the rear gardens accessible through a corridor off of the bedroom.
The other two bedrooms provide 5ft double beds (one of these bedrooms also has a door to the rear garden) and share a family bathroom with bath and shower attachment over.

The rear garden has a few steps leading up to a very large pool-side area with a larger than average 9.5m x 4.5m private pool with roman steps.

This villa also offers high quality AEG washing machine and tumble dryer as well as central heating for the colder months.
The villa also benefits from high speed (3MB) WIFI connection which is included in the rental price.

Villa Cullera is NOT available for long lets.

The Holiday Rental Includes -

Exclusive use of the whole property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.

Domestic Services: Preparation before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot & highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children - not young adults!

Assistance and support during your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.

A "Welcome" provision pack with  wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.

Additional Services -

Portable Air Conditioning Units: Where these are not available at the villa. Must e ordered in advance.

Other Services: We offer an extensive range of additional services including assistance with your cheap flights, airport transfers and hire-cars, maid service, interim linen changes etc.
