Villa Crevillente - is
located in the Tabaira residential area within
walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and other facilities.
The property is set out in two independent areas.
Upper Floor - The access from the
off-street parking area is via a full flight of steps to a shady
covered porch.
The main entrance is from this porch directly into
the lounge/dining room with a separate kitchen with oven, hob,
fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are accessed via a short passage.
The
main bedroom has a king-size bed, there is another bedroom
with a double bed, one with twin
singles, a shower-room and a family bathroom.
All bedrooms have cooling fans.
Lower Floor - The access is
from the pool terrace directly into into
a bed/sitting room with two single beds, a kitchenette, with oven, hob and
fridge-freeze, and a shower-room.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 4'00
kidney-shaped (depth 1´10 to 2´00) with Roman corner internal tiled steps into the
shallow end. There are spacious surrounding terraces, a built-in BBQ area and
landscaped gardens.
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas is metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.

Villa Crevillente is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
