Villa Cometa is situated in the
Campamento area close to the beach, Moraira village, supermarkets,
bars, restaurants and other facilities.
The house is situated in a quiet street, mostly of new houses, and
the garden is securely walled-in with lockable gates to the drive.
The property is newly built to a very high specification and
furnished & equipped to a standard rarely found in a renting villa.
The access from the street is via a
drive leading to a large parking area.
The garage is not available to clients but parking is within the
lockable gates.
All on one Floor - The main entrance is
via the porch into a glazed "naya" which leads to the spacious
living room and main bedroom.
The dining room is through an arch and leads to the American-style
kitchen with breakfast bar.
The kitchen features a range of luxury built-in units with eye-level
oven, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed, a dressing area, access to the
pool terrace and a full bathroom en-suite.
There is another bedroom with a double bed, one with twin singles and a separate shower
room.
The Swimming Pool is 8´00 x 4´00, with
Roman steps, heated by an electric heat-pump and is surrounded by spacious terraces.
The gardens are attractively landscaped, impeccably maintained and
feature a brick-built barbecue.
Heating and Air Conditioning: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms and air conditioning in the
bedrooms.
The gas and electricity are metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
Heated Pool: If required should be switched on
at least 48 hours before arrival. The electricity will be charged at 0.25
Euro/kWH
SUITABILITY: All age groups, small
children, the elderly and the infirm.

Under Occupancy Discounts
provide affordable holidays for smaller groups. Unoccupied bedrooms will
not be made and and may be locked off.
Normal Changeover Days are
Saturday, Tuesday and Thursdays. These can be "mixed and matched" to
provide a variety of holiday durations and it should be noted that
midweek flights are generally cheaper. Other changeover days may be
considered except during High season.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL (full) capacity or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
Cots and highchairs are provided free for infants who are not extra
persons. PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
