Villa Bon Aire
is situated in the Sol Park area of Moraira and just a few minutes
drive from the town of Moraira and the main beach.
The Sol Park Tennis
Club Complex is within walking distance with bars, restaurants and and
other facilities.
The property provides privacy and seclusion, whilst being close to all
facilities.
ALL ON ONE LEVEL: This
villa consists of a 2 bed-roomed pool-side apartment below a large villa
(which is unoccupied during the holiday season).
The accommodation comprises a living room with sofa bed, a separate dining
area with double-glazed doors opening directly onto the pool terrace and
pool and an American kitchen with built-in 2 ring hob, microwave/grill, double fridge and washing machine.
The living area has Spanish TV and a microwave package providing a
selection of channels in English.
The master (king-size bedroom) is accessed via a small vestibule, on
the one side of the lounge. The vestibule also provides access to the
shower-room, with basin and WC.
The twin-bedded room leads directly off the lounge on one side.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and cooling fans.
THE GARDEN AREA - features an 8'00 x 4'00
tiled swimming pool with stainless-steel ladder, spacious
surrounding terraces and barbecue area.
The gardens are attractively laid out, well-maintained and enjoy a high
degree of privacy. There are pleasant views to distant mountains and the
sea and off-street parking behind lockable gates.
SUITABILITY: All age groups, the elderly
and/or infirm as there are no steps at all between the bedroom,
living room and terraces and only 2 steps down to the pool area.

Under Occupancy Discounts
provide affordable holidays for smaller groups. Unoccupied bedrooms will
not be made and and may be locked off.
Normal Changeover Days are
Saturday, Tuesday and Thursdays. These can be "mixed and matched" to
provide a variety of holiday durations and it should be noted that
midweek flights are generally cheaper. Other changeover days may be
considered except during High season.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL (full) capacity or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
Cots and highchairs are provided free for infants who are not extra
persons. PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
