Villa Astor is situated
in the Cometa area of Moraira, within walking distance of the beach,
supermarket and other facilities.
The building is around 30 years old (old by Moraira standards) but
has been completely refurbished by talented local designer - and
features an open plan living/dining room with American-style kitchen
arranged around a central stone-clad fireplace.
The plot is fully-walled-in, with lockable gates and the entrance,
from the parking area, is via an easy-rising staircase with
ornamental stone balustrades.
The property has electric central
heating and air conditioning and each room is separately controlled
with a remote control.
All on One Level
- The entrance is
from the spacious shady porch (which overlooks the swimming pool and
is equipped for al fresco dining) into an open plan lounge/dining room
with American kitchen.
A short passage leads to the master bedroom (with double bed), two
other bedrooms (with twin singles), a large bathroom with bath and
separate shower stall and another full bathroom.
The Swimming Pool
is 8'00 x 4'00 (depth 1'00 - 1'80), has stainless-steel steps into the
shallow end, surrounding terraces and a portable barbecue.
The Lower garden Area
- features mature, carefully-maintained gardens planted with flowering
flowering bushed and trees - and featuring some magnificent
palm-trees!
CENTRAL HEATING: There is warm
air central heating, air conditioning and a heated pool. The electricity
for these facilities is metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
SUITABILITY: Suitable for all age groups,
small children, the elderly and infirm bearing in mind the steps
up from the parking area.

family group or two couples. Ideal for those who
prefer not to drive everywhere.
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
A FREE hire-car (Chevrolet Matiz
or similar) collected and returned to the airport. The car may be
upgraded by simply paying the difference.

Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
