Villa Andres is
newly-built to a high specification and situated off a narrow lane
within walking distance of the Moraira main beach and town
All on one level:
The main entrance is via a central hall which provides access to
all accommodation.
The spacious lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished for 8 and has
wide casement doors leading onto the shady porch.
The separate large kitchen features a range of modern fitted units
with microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine,
dishwasher, fridge/freezer - plus a breakfast dining suite of table
and chairs.
There is one doubled-bedded room, two twins, another bedroom with bunk-beds, a shower-room and a full bathroom.
The main bedroom and one of the twins have air conditioning.
The Swimming Pool Area - features a
magnificent 12'00 x 6'00 pool (depths 1'00 - 2'00) with tiled
Roman steps into the shallow end and an integral jacuzzi, surrounding
spacious terraces, shower and covered BBQ area.
There is off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas is metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption. There are also supplementary
charges for electricity for the air conditioning and the Jacuzzi (if required).
SUITABILITY: Suitable for all age groups,
the elderly, infirm and small children - bearing in mind the 3
steps down to the pool area. Its spaciousness and overall layout
makes it wheelchair friendly except for the steps.
In our opinion Casa Andres provides all of the elements for a
memorable holiday at any time of the year.
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.

Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
