Entry via lockable gates onto a private
driveway, which leads into a large entry hall on a gallery level,
risen a few steps up from the open plan living area.
Through arches you can see right through the house and French doors
onto the swimming pool terrace.
On this upper gallery floor are the bedrooms,
one twin and two double.
The master bedroom is very spacious with en suite and lovely views
and there is a spacious family bathroom with shower.
Most of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage
space.
From the entry way, you take a few steps down into the house and are
now in the living area, which is beautifully decorated in
Mediterranean style with white sofas, traditional wood furnishings
and windows all around giving pleasant views of the valley and the
terraces and pool.
Also in the living area is a large dining table with seating for six
and a very well equipped family kitchen in a modern white design,
complete with microwave, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and all other
expected conveniences.
French doors off the lounge/diner lead out
onto the raised terrace, framed with beautiful fragrant Jasmine
bushes.
There is another large dining table here for six, as well as
comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of space to relax in the sun or
the shade.
Two or three steps lead down to the private
swimming pool, which is a large 4.5m x 10m with Roman steps and
plenty of sun terraces and lush plants surrounding it.
Next to the pool is also a covered area with plenty of seating and
room for lounging in the shade.
Whilst the property enjoys an extremely high
level of privacy, it also benefits from beautiful valley views.
Also on pool level, and accessed by it's own French doors is a
private one bedroom apartment, complete with it's own shower room
and a very spacious bedroom with TV and DVD player, ideal for older
teenagers.
This room can also be accessed directly from the driveway, and in
the en suite shower room is the washing machine.
The gardens of this property are mature and
very picturesque, and there is a good restaurants within 15 minutes
walk.
Driving into Moraira town centre takes approximately 10 minutes and
the property has a quite residential location.
This villa has been recently purchased and it is very likely the new
owners will be installing satellite TV before summer 2009.
Villa Almendras is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
