Villa al
Mar is located in the quiet
residential area of Pinar del Abogat close to the beach, shops and other
facilities.
The building is of the typical, modern Mediterranean style and
furnished with lots of polished wood and the owners have maintained it in a pristine
condition throughout.
The entrance from the street is via lockable gates and there is
hard-standing for one vehicle.
All on one level: The front door
opens onto a central hallway which leads leads to a comfortably furnished
lounge/dining room. The kitchen is American-style and well equipped with
gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
A spacious glazed naya leads directly off the lounge and is set out with dining table, chairs,
easy-chairs - and a miniture dining set for the "little ones".
The naya overlooks
and provides access (via three steps down) to the pool and garden area.
The master (double-bedded) suite comprises an en-suite full bathroom and
there are two other bedrooms (with twin singles) and another full
bathroom.
The swimming pool
is heated and measures 9'00 x 4'00 (depth 1´00 to
2´00), has internal tiled steps in the shallow end and spacious
surrounding terraces.
The gardens are tastefully laid out and comprise fruit trees, flowering
bushes, lots of bougainvillea and a bouls court.
There is a large covered barbecue, under an enchanting thatched pergola, with a fridge and washing-up
facilities.
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas is metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
Villa Al-Mar is available for long lets for
which a telephone
with broadband connection is available, price
on application.
Under Occupancy Discounts
provide affordable holidays for smaller groups. Unoccupied bedrooms will
not be made and and may be locked off.
Normal Changeover Days are
Saturday, Tuesday and Thursdays. These can be "mixed and matched" to
provide a variety of holiday durations and it should be noted that
midweek flights are generally cheaper. Other changeover days may be
considered except during High season.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL (full) capacity or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
Cots and highchairs are provided free for infants who are not extra
persons. PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
