a quiet cul-de-sac off the Javea-Jesus Pobre Road, around 1,000 m.
from Javea Town, in the sought-after "Montgo" area.
The property is fully walled-in and there is off-street parking for
2 vehicules.
The house is well-maintained and designed & furnished in the typical
Valencia style, with lots of beams and beautifully crafted doors.
GROUND (MAIN FLOOR) - The main entrance
is via a spacious Naya (covered porch), which has been completely
glazed-in and furnished as a sun lounge, with a dining table and
easy chairs.
This leads to the main dining room, lounge, a sitting room (with air
conditioning) and the separate large fitted kitchen (with electric
oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and gas hob).
The kitchen has access to a spacious utility room, with an
brick-built country oven and washing machine, which leads to a shady
barbecue area in the rear garden.
This floor also has a bedroom with an over-size single bed (not
double) and a full bathroom.
UPPER FLOOR - Accessed via the large
central hall (with a functional well) and an elegant timbered
staircase.
This floor has two double bedrooms with air conditioning and two
twins (one with air conditioning) a full bathroom and another large
family bathroom with bath and shower stall.
Two of the bedrooms are spacious and easily accommodate a cot or
folding bed.
THE SWIMMING POOL is 8 x 4 with tiled
internal steps (depth 1´00 to 2´00) with spacious surrounding
terraces.
CENTRAL HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas and electricity are metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
Villa Juanito is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
