The Golden Beach Apartment
- is located in a low-rise apartment complex in the Arenal Beach area
of Javea within
walking distance of the sea, shops, restaurants and other facilities
Occupying the 1st and Top Floor - The access
is directly into an underground car-park with one reserved parking bay.
There is also adequate parking on the street.
There is
another pedestrian gate from the street which leads to the pool & garden
area and the entrance to the hallway of 4 apartments with a lift.
The same lift also serves the basement car park.

The Lower Floor - The spacious living/dining
room has wide casement doors leading to a comfortable patio.
The fully-fitted separate kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge/freezer and leads to a utility area with the washing
machine and dryer.
There is a king-size bedroom with glazed door leading to the patio,
another with twin single beds, a full bathroom and hall with stairs
leading to -
The Upper Floor - The Main Bedroom has glazed
doors to a private roof terrace and an en-suite full bathroom.
There is another twin-bedded room with doors to the roof terrace and a
shower room.
The roof terrace has views over the roof tops and a wicker "bed basket"
for sleeping "al fresco" on hot nights.
The Swimming Pool Area has a
large pool with shallow children's area and spacious gardens with laws and
paved terraces.
Heating and Air Conditioning: There is
a system of heat-pumps, providing heating & cooling and each room is
adjustable independently.
The electricity is metered and there
is an extra charge according to actual consumption.
The Golden Beach Apartment is newly built,
tastefully and comfortably furnished and provides all of the elements for
a memorable holiday.
Villa Golden-Beach is available for long lets, price
on application.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
A FREE hire-car (Chevrolet Matiz
or similar) collected and returned to the airport. The car may be
upgraded by simply paying the difference.

Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
