The property is set in a beautiful
country area just outside the town of Benitachell, amongst vineyards and
with stunning views of the Montgo mountain.
The guest house is fully-licensed as
a Hostel (for Bed and breakfast) and could accommodate elderly people as a
retirement home.

entrance is via a short staircase onto a spacious terrace which leads to
the main entrance and into a small lobby. This leads to the large
living/dining room and a separate kitchen.
The living area is equipped with satellite and Spanish TV, a DVD player
and music centre.
The 4 suites lead off the living room and each comprises a large,
double-bedded room with en-suite bathroom or shower.
The Upper Floor is
completely self contained, has it's own private entrance and parking for
3/4 cars.
The accommodation comprises a spacious lounge, dining room, covered
terrace and separate kitchen.
This floor also has the master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, two
other double bedrooms and another bathroom.
The Swimming Pool is fully tiled,
measures 10'00 x 5'00, has Roman steps and spacious surrounding terraces.
The Gardens are fully landscaped and
securely walled-in. There is an exterior sauna, garage, store-rooms and
parking for 8 - 10 vehicles.
