first book the car (to obtain a booking reference) and book
your flights. If you have not yet done this then click on the link

2. The
Charges are -
The Hire Car
Delivery: 10:00 Euros (Including VAT) each way. That
is to say that the total (for delivery and collection) is 20.00
Euros.
If you wish you can return the car to the airport (Alicante,
Valencia or Murcia) or to a local resort office and the total
charge would be just 10.00 Euros.
The resort offices are in Denia, Moraira, Calpe and Torrevieja.
The Taxi Fare:
To collect the keys and make the airport to resort trip. This
could also be one-way if you return by hire car to the airport.
The fare is fixed-rate per Klm and there is a meter in the taxi.
Admin
Charge: This is 15 Euros (Including VAT) and is the same for
a one-way or two-way trip.
And, of
course, the cost of the hire car.
A Spanish taxi
is licensed for 4 persons only. If you are more than this you
would need an additional taxi(s).
Your hire-car
could follow the taxi! If you are a large group or cannot get
your luggage into a small car (which would be fine when you
arrive) then you could distribute yourselves and your luggage
between the hire car and the taxi.
In this case you would obviously not need the delivery
arrangements.
3. Hire-Car Delivery
Arrangements: Deliveries can normally only be made during
working hours (09:00 until 21:00). The local office will call you
before making the delivery (to be sure that you are there). If
this arrangement is inconvenient then you can call the local
office, after you arrive, and make your own delivery arrangements.
However, if the delivery cannot be completed (for example, if the
main driver is not available has no valid driving licence) then
the car will be returned to the local office. You must collect it
from there and the delivery charge will not be refunded.
4. Delivered
cars MUST be pre-paid.
5. A full tank
of fuel has to be paid for. This can either be pre-paid by
credit card or you can pay the delivery driver in cash.
6.
Modifications: Any arrangements must be complied with. If your
circumstances should change you simply need to complete the form
again.
Please note that, although you can print this form, you still need
our confirmation E-mail as a valid receipt.
Please Remember! You must
provide all of your necessary personal detail and those of the
second driver (Name, address, passport details, drivers license
details etc.) This can be done online any time up to 7 days before
the start of your holiday.
