Model and
make of car cannot be guaranteed. In case of no
availability of the chosen model, may be substituted for a
similar vehicle in the same group or upgraded to a superior
class.

Taxi Transfers and the Airport VIP Service
If required a taxi
transfer from the airport can be arranged (charged extra) for
you incoming and/or outgoing journey.
The hire-car can be collected and/or returned in Moraira.
If you have a late flight (arriving in Moraira
after 21:00 on weekdays or 17:00 on Saturdays). The driver
will have the keys to your villa and take you straight there.
Then the driver will return the following day to take you to
the car-hire office.
If you are a large group, with lots of luggage and
a small car, the hire-car can follow the taxi straight to your
villa.
If you booked your holiday with VillaServers you
can leave these arrangements to us.

The hire-car
included with your VillaServers holiday will be hired
through VICTORIA CARS - unless you are informed otherwise.
Collection details will be provided later with your "Holiday
Confirmation Document".
Please ignore any reference to baby and child booster seats
as these are arranged through VillaServers at no extra cost.
Your attention is drawn to the collision damage waiver. If
this is required please request at the time of collecting
the car (if required) and pay for it with the full tank of
petrol.
VICTORIA CAR-HIRE CONDITIONS
1. All inclusive
rates. With Victoria RENT A CAR, you are directly
reserving with a supplier avoiding hidden costs from
intermediaries. What you see is what you pay. Our prices
include:
All taxes included: V.A.T., airport taxes and car park
expenses
Unlimited mileage (also including vehicles with more than 5
seats)
Free additional second and third driver
Comprehensive insurance with excess
24h. on road assistance
No cancellation fees
2. Free airport service. At Alicante, Valencia and
Murcia airports, airport services are free. The place to
deliver the vehicle is situated at the airport car park (the
exact place will appear in your booking confirmation),
making this delivery method quicker and without any other
additional cost for you.
Deliveries at night (from 24.01 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.)
are only available for bookings at the airports and can be
charged additionally, depending on each airport.
3. Deliveries in the office. Vehicles will be
collected at the office address of the mentioned town, being
adjusted to office hours (so as for the delivery and for the
collection).
4. One-way reservations. It is allowed to pick up and
drop off your vehicle at different offices (inside Costa
Blanca, Valencia and Murcia). The car transfer will be
charged with 25 Euro, if the car was booked for 4 or less
days. There is no charge if the booking was made for more
than 4 days.
If you wish to return your car at the Barcelona airport or
in Barcelona downtown, there is a charge of 100.
5. Fuel. Fuel is not included in the rental price.
The vehicle will be delivered full of fuel which will be
paid at the moment of the delivery. In case of rentals for
less than 3 days, it is possible to ask for half of the
tank. The price of the full tank will vary between 41 and
110 depending on the vehicle model rented.
We inform you that Victoria RENT A CAR does not use the fuel
for earning money, but because we use the full-empty
policy in order to offer customers a better service and does
not oblige himself/herself to go to the nearest petrol
station before delivering the vehicle.
No fuel repayment will be refunded. The vehicle must be
returned with as minimum quantity of fuel in the tank as
possible.
6. Payment Method. Not applicable to VillaServers
holidays except -
The payment for fuel has to be
made only and exclusively by means of a credit card (VISA,
Mastercard or similar).
The credit card holder has to be present at the moment of
the car collection for the car to be delivered.
7. Accessories. Apart from your vehicle, you can book
child's safety seats (suitable for 9 months to 2 years old
children) or booster seats (for 2 to 13 years old children).
Depending on the seats of the vehicle you will be able to
book from 1 to 6 accessories.
The price is 2 per accessory/day. The maximum you will pay
is 20 per rental/accessory.
Nowadays it is not possible to hire roof racks.
8. Standards for child's safety seats and booster seats.
The child's safety seat (suitable from 9 months to 2 years
old children) and booster seats (for 2 to 13 years old
children) offered with the hired car, are quality approved
and correspond to European standards.
Victoria RENT A CAR offers the possibility to rent these
accessories, but will in no case agree to install them in
the car. The client alone takes care of the installation and
and is solely responsible for the correct fastening and the
possible consequences. In case of doubts Victoria RENT A CAR
is offering an instruction.
9. GPS Navigation System. Availability: The
availability of the GPS unit can not be guaranteed by online
reservation. The navigation system will be delivered to you
at car rental pickup if one is available. The amount to pay
per day is 4.
Loss/ Theft/ Non-Return: The GPS rent includes
equipment accessories, which are not protected and for which
you are responsible for the replacement in the event of
loss, theft, breakage or damage. These are in detail:

Vehicle power charger,
512 MB Memory Card (SD Card),
USB cable,
Quick start guide
The client is 100% responsible for the rental GPS system at
all times between the time of delivery and return to our
facility. The GPS unit and equipment has to be handed back
by one's own hand to the member of staff of Victoria RENT A
CAR, who also is in charge of your rental car's return.
We do not provide any insurance against loss or theft once
the unit has been delivered. We will charge you the total
amount of 200 if the GPS unit and the equipment accessories
were not returned to us the date it is due to be back.
Damages: Our GPS rental rate assumes normal wear and
tear, which may occur with a rental use. However, scratches,
cracks, dents or missing parts that are noticed upon return
will result in charges.
Cleaning Units: All rental units will be cleaned
prior to being shipped out for rental. Please DO NOT attempt
to clean the unit as some chemicals or moisture may damage
the GPS rental unit display and internal components.
Liability: Taking your eyes off the road while driving could
cause you to have an accident. You should not be programming
or adjusting your GPS unit while driving. You should do all
your programming and adjusting while stopped or have a
passenger take care of it.
10. Insurance. The price of the rental includes a
comprehensive insurance with excess, damages to third
parties, limited civil responsibility, driver and occupants
insurance, coverage against theft and fire.
The comprehensive insurance's excess amount varies according
the model.
In addition you will be able to contract a fully
comprehensive insurance without excess (daily price) with a
maximum cost per rental period indicated below.

The
insurance of the vehicle does not cover:
Flat tyres
Damages on wheels, tyres, window glasses, inside the vehicle
or lower parts of the vehicle
Damages caused to third parties or to the vehicle because of
negligence or reckless driving
Improper refuelling
Loss or damage of the car keys or of the remote control
Vehicle robbery when ignition key is on
Personal belongings inside the vehicle
Any other additional cost due to a breakdown of the vehicle
in no fortuitous means: towing, transport, allowances, other
rental vehicle
(these expenses are included if you have
contracted a fully comprehensive insurance without excess)
Damages or situations caused by driving under alcohol and/or
drug effects
The Tyres and Glass Insurance can be hired optional and
covers:
Damages on wheels, tyres, window glasses, inside the vehicle
or lower parts of the vehicle.
11. Breakdowns and accidents. Victoria RENT A CAR
will give you the rental vehicle completely clean and
checked-out (working, engine, tyres
) and with all the
necessary documents.
In case of breakdown or accident when a Victoria RENT A CAR,
vehicle is involved, you should contact any of our offices
as soon as possible (in a maximum term of 24 hours)

If the breakdown is produced in the regions of Alicante,
Valencia, Castellon or Murcia, Victoria RENT A CAR offers a
24h. on road assistance service, proceeding to replace the
vehicle as soon as possible.
For breakdowns produced in any other region of Spain, the on
road assistance will be carried out through an official
garage of the rental vehicle trade. Please contact us
urgently in order to manage the repairs as soon as possible.
Remember that in case of accident, it is very important to
fill in the accident report (which will be delivered
together with all the vehicle documents), and to deliver a
signed copy of the implicated drivers in any of our offices
before 24 hours.
12. Requirements. The minimum and maximum ages for
renting a car in Victoria RENT A CAR are 24 and 75 years
respectively, with a minimum of 2 years experience. If you
do not accomplish any of these requirements, please contact
us.
The driver or drivers must have a valid European Union
driving license, presenting the original document
(photocopies will not be accepted) at the moment of
collecting the vehicle.
Original N.I.E. or passport so as a credit card is also
required at the moment of collecting the vehicle.
13. Driving restrictions. It is absolutely forbidden
to drive the vehicle out of Spain (so as the removal to
Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).
It is absolutely forbidden to transport animals or goods
that can damage, deteriorate or spoil the vehicle.
Do not forget to respect the traffic rules. You will be
responsible of any fine or traffic offence to the vehicle
during the rental period.
14. Changes, cancellations and extensions. You can
change, cancel or extend your booking without any cost if
you inform us in a minimum term of 48h. in advance before
the pick up or the drop off of the vehicle.
Not to be present at the agreed moment and place to collect
your vehicle without previous notification, will be a reason
for cancelling your booking. In that case, we are able to
discount up to 10% of the booking amount (by way of
procedure and transport) and you will have to adjust to
office hours and staff availability to collect your vehicle
if your are still interested in it.
15. Money refunds. If Victoria RENT A CAR has to
refund you a fixed amount of money, you have the possibility
to credit it to your customers account (for the next
reservation) or to let us place the balance on your credit
card account with a maximum charge of 10.
16. Bookings. Because of variations of the vehicle
fleet, Victoria RENT A CAR can not guarantee you that the
model of vehicle you have chosen is the one that you will
collect. Nevertheless, you will always receive as minimum a
same category model and, in case of not having that kind of
vehicle, we will deliver you a vehicle from a superior
category without any additional charge.
