Villa Sylvain - is
a traditional-style holiday villa, situated in an elevated position
in the Maryvilla area, with stunning views to the sea and the Peñon
de Ifach.
Within walking distance are bars, restaurants and the charming small
"Puerto Blanco" with it's small beach.
The villa is built on two floors with an internal staircase and the
accommodation provides two separate apartments.
The Top (Main) Floor: The entrance is
into a spacious open-plan living/dining room with glazed doors onto
the upper terrace with an external staircase down to the pool area.
The American-style kitchen
is fully-fitted with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and
fridge/freezer.
This floor also has the master (double) bedroom and a shower room with
hydro-massage shower.

The Lower Floor with another living/dining
room, with glazed doors leading out to the garden and pool area, and
fully-equipped American kitchen.
There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin-bedded
rooms, another shower room and a utility room with the washing machine.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 4'00
kidney-shaped with Roman steps steps into the
shallow end.
There are spacious surrounding terraces, a BBQ area with a small summer
kitchen, outside dining furniture and 6 sun loungers.
Heating and Air Conditioning:
The master bedroom and upper-floor living room have air-conditioning, all
other bedrooms have ceiling fans and mosquito nets on the windows.
There is gas-fired
central heating.
There
is an extra charge for utilities for heating and cooling, according to consumption.
No under-occupancy discounts are offered for
Villa Sylvain.
Villa Sylvain is NOT available for long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
