Villa MODEL - is
an impressive modern villa, built in 2005 and situated in the La
Canuta area of Calpe. The enchanting tiny "Puerto Blanca" is just
200 metres away and provides bars, restaurants and a small beach.
The villa is close to to the Calpe town centre with it's town beach
and the long sandy "Poniente" beach is a little further.
The Main (Ground) Floor
- The entrance is into a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with
breakfast bar and American kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave,
dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
This living/dining area has wide glazed doors leading to the pool area.
The whole ground floor has been designed with easy access for disabled
guests, with wide doors, ramps and large shower stall, and is suitable fro
wheel-chairs.
This floor also has a double bedroom, another with twin singles, a full
family bathroom and a wide open-plan staircase leading to -
The Upper Floor with the Master bedroom with
en-suite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the sea.
There is another double-bedded bedroom on this floor, one with bunk beds
and a full bathroom.
The main entrance is from the porch directly into
the lounge/dining room with an American kitchen (which also has a door to the
parking area).
The bedrooms are accessed via a short passage. The
main bedroom has a king-size bed, there are two other bedrooms with twin
singles a full bathroom and a shower-room.
The washing machine is in an external cupboard at
the lower garden area.
The Swimming Pool is 9'00 x 5'00
kidney-shaped (depth 1´00 to 2´00) with stainless-steel steps into the
shallow end. The are spacious surrounding terraces, a BBQ area and
landscaped gardens
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas is metered and there
is an extra charge, according to consumption.
No under-occupancy discounts are offered for
Villa MODEL.
Villa MODEL is NOT available for long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
