linked house (built 2005) and situated in a residential development
with communal pool and gardens.
The accommodation is

The Ground Floor:
The entrance is into the living
dining room with wide glazed doors to a covered terrace.
The separate kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, washing machine
and dishwasher.
This floor has two bedroom s with twin singles, a shower rooms and
stairs to -
The Upper Floor with the master suite,
king-size bed, en-suite full bathroom with spacious, private roof
terrace.
There is central heating and all
bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The house is 25 meters away
from the large communal pool with 2 exterior showers and there is one
private parking space.
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms, There
is an extra charge for gas, according to consumption.
Villa Mimo is situated close to
Villa Rony (Detached villa with
private pool). Both villas together could be convenient for two families
or a large family group as they provide a total of 6 bedrooms for 12 + 1.
No under-occupancy discounts are offered for
Villa Mimo.
Villa Mimo is NOT available for long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.

tea, coffee, sugar, milk, mineral water etc.
