area of Calpe.
The villa is close to to the Calpe town centre a just 800 metres
from the main Calpe beach and close to shops and Calpe Town centre.
The Main (Ground) Floor

wide casement door to a shady covered porch overlooking the pool area.
The kitchen is separate and has electric oven, hob, microwave,
dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
This floor also has a bedroom with a double bed, 2 others with twin singles, a family bathroom and
a shower room.
The Upper Floor
