Villa Mallorquina - is a
traditional Mediterranean-style villa in a unique first-line
location, on a cliff edge, just 50 metres from the sea. The garden
gate opens on to a cliff top pathway with steps down to a rocky cove
and leading to the Les Besetes Marina with bar restaurant, dinghy
and sailboard hire.
All on one Floor: The entrance
is into the living/dining room with glazed door to a covered porch.
The kitchen is separate and fully fitted washing machine, gas hob,
microwave, fridge/freezer and oven.
There is one double bedroom, two twins, a
shower room and separate WC
The villa is composed of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
All three bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 4'00
with internal tiled steps, spacious surrounding terraces, a portable BBQ area and
landscaped gardens.
CENTRAL HEATING: There is air
conditioning and gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas and electricity, if
required, are charged extra, according to consumption.
No under-occupancy discounts are offered for
Villa Mallorquina.
Villa Mallorquina is NOT available for long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
