Villa Ismael - is a compact holiday villa situated in the Pou Roig area of Calpe with excellent mountain and country views.

All on One Floor - The entrance is into a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with casement doors to a shady covered porch overlooking the pool area.
The kitchen is separate and has a combination over/hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
There is a double-bedded room, one with twin singles and a family bathroom.

The Swimming Pool is 7'50 x 3'50 kidney-shaped with stainless-steel steps into the shallow end. The are surrounding terraces, a brick-built BBQ and gardens.

Animals NOT Permitted.
