Villa Hibiscus - is
built in the traditional Mediterranean style and situated close to
the beach and other facilities.
All on one Level - The entrance is into a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with
glazed doors to the covered terrace and pool area (on the same level). The kitchen is separate and fully
fitted with
with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, micro-wave, coffee machine,
kettle and exit to the BBQ area.
The main bedroom has a double bed and glazed doors to the terrace.
There is another very large children's bedroom divided into two by a
curtain and with another double bed and two singles.
There is a bathroom and a shower room.
All bedrooms have cooling fans
The Swimming Pool is 7'00 x 4'00
with stainless-steel steps into the
shallow end. There are spacious surrounding paved terraces, a covered BBQ area and
llarge gardens.
CENTRAL HEATING: There is gas-fired
central heating with radiators in all rooms. The gas is charge, according to consumption.
No under-occupancy discounts are offered for
Villa Hibiscus.
Villa Hibiscus is NOT available for long lets.
The Holiday Rental Includes -
Exclusive use of the whole
property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and
times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.
Domestic Services: Preparation
before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and
kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full
or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £28.50 per week and a folding bed or cot
& highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children
- not young adults!
Reception and Escort to the
Property, until 19:00. After this time the keys and a map will be left
on the office door.
