Situated in a quiet residential street a short drive from the bustling coastal resort of Calpe and within easy walking distance of amenities, Villa Colari is perfect for a large group or two families on holiday together.
Tastefully furnished and very well equipped, ample space is provide both inside, on the terraces and the gated pool area


Entrance is via an electronic gate to a driveway for three vehicles.
The main house has an airy entrance hall leading to a spacious lounge/dining room which is very well presented including modern leather sofas, flat screen TV with UK satellite channels and DVD player. There is also an elegant dining suite and a desk.

The modern fully fitted separate kitchen has a fridge/freezer, full oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.
The washing machine is located in a separate utility room.

The master suite has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room.
There are two other twin bedrooms (one with air conditioning and one with a ceiling fan) sharing a large family bathroom complete with bath with shower over.
The bedrooms have been decorated and furnished to a high standard and have fitted wardrobes and ample storage space.

The annex is self contained and situated a few steps from the house.
The large, airy lounge/dining room has an American kitchen, a feature modern open fire place, comfortable sofas, TV with satellite channels and a DVD player.
There is one double bedroom and another with a single bed and bunk beds.

Great care has been taken to furnish and present the villa to a very high standard, it is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped for up to eleven guests.
From the lounge and terrace there are excellent views of the local land mark rock ´Peñon de Ifach´ and open countryside.
There is air conditioning available in the master bedroom and one twin bedroom and in the lounge of the villa and the annex.

The swimming pool is 10 x 5 with full width roman style steps and a pool-side shower. The pool can be locked off for child safety.
There are various sunny and shaded terraces and ample good quality lounging furniture. The Spanish style built-in BBQ with chimney is surrounded by tiled worktops and a tiled breakfast bar. This covered area has ample high quality dining furniture to enjoy those al fresco meals and is well lit at night.

Villa Colari is NOT available for long lets.

The Holiday Rental Includes -

Exclusive use of the whole property from 18:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure days.
We do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures and times may be varied according to our cleaning and client schedules.

Domestic Services: Preparation before and cleaning after occupation. House linen - sheets, towels and kitchen towels (changed weekly) for the NORMAL capacity for the full or under-occupancy rate.
Extra persons are charged at £30.00 per week and a folding bed or cot & highchair will be provided, plus linen and weekly changes.
PLEASE NOTE: The folding beds provided are only suitable for children - not young adults!

Assistance and support during your holiday. We provide telephone and mobile numbers.

A "Welcome" provision pack with  wine, mineral water, orange juice, peanuts & crisps.

Additional Services -

Portable Air Conditioning Units: Where these are not available at the villa. Must e ordered in advance.

Other Services: We offer an extensive range of additional services including assistance with your cheap flights, airport transfers and hire-cars, maid service, interim linen changes etc.
