Villa Colairo - is
an impressive modern villa, situated close to the La Fosa sandy
beach in Calpe.
All on One Floor
- The entrance is into a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with
casement doors to a shaded outside dining area overlooking the swimming pool.
The kitchen is separate and has electric oven, hob, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge/freezer and an adjoining utility room with the
washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed and bathroom en-suite.
There is another double-bedded room, one with twin singles and a family bathroom
with a "whirlpool" bath.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 4'00
with stainless-steel steps into the
shallow end. There are spacious surrounding terraces, a built-in BBQ,
shower room and
landscaped gardens.
