an impressive modern villa, recently-built and situated in the
area of Calpe.
The villa is close to to the Calpe town centre a just 1,500 metres
from the main Calpe beach and 300 metres from a supermarket

- The entrance is into a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with
wide casement door to a shady covered porch overlooking the pool area.
The kitchen is American-style and has electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave,
dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
The master bedroom ahs a double bed and en-suite shower room.
Additionally there are two other bedrooms with twin singles and another
shower room.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 4'00
with Roman steps into the
shallow end. The are spacious surrounding terraces, a built-in BBQ and
tastefully landscaped gardens.
Animals Permitted - by prior arrangement.
AIR CONDITIONING: There is
a single unit in the living room and the electricity is charged extra, according to consumption.
