Villa Basetes - is
an impressive modern villa, situated in the Les Basetes
area of Calpe.
The villa is just 300 metres from the Les Basetes Port area with a
small beach and sailing facilities (windsurfing, catamarans and
kayaks) and close to shops.
Main (Ground) Floor
- The entrance is into a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with
wide casement door to a shady covered porch overlooking the pool area.
The kitchen is separate and has electric oven, hob, microwave,
dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
The main bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.
There is another twin-bedded bedroom, one with a double bed and a family
bathroom.
The Upper Floor - Another
bedroom with twin singles, a cloakroom with WC and basin and a spacious
roof-terrace with sea-views.
The Swimming Pool is 8'00 x 4'00
irregular-shaped and with internal tiled steps into the
shallow end. The are spacious surrounding terraces, a portable BBQ and
landscaped gardens.
